1.Introduction of HFS High Frequency Serial Screen
Compared with conventional box-vibrating types of circular or linear motion, HFS serials, of only deck vibrating, have much higher efficiency and larger capacity. Benefit from their adjustable strokes and frequencies, they can meet various material without mesh blinding and are the ideal equipment for fines separation in mineral processing and final product screening in aggregate production.
2.Features of HFS High Frequency Serial Screen
(1) Screen
box doesn't vibrator is fastened in deck, this results in a lighter vibrating
weight, lower energy consumption, bigger capacity and higher efficiency;
(2) An
independent vibrator can be adjusted according to material to maximize the
capacity and efficiency;
(3) Dual
rubber pads as the secondary isolator smooth the resonance vibration area;
(4) Out-installed
shear suspension is convenient for inspection and maintenance, and reliable for
operation;
(5) Motor
installed on side-plates;
(6) Heavy
duty bearings guarantee a long durability;
(7) Frequency
converter can adjust each deck’s frequency independently.
