2. Equipment Features & Advantages:
1) Wet Dust Collector:
Introduction: A novel dust filtration device that collects dust-laden gas under the negative pressure of the fan and utilizes water or other liquids to interact with the gas, removing dust particles. When dust particles encounter sprayed water droplets, water films, or wet surfaces, they undergo wetting, agglomeration, diffusion, and settling processes. The dust-laden gas enters the device through the inlet and is obstructed and neutralized by multiple cyclone layers, separating dust from the gas.
Application: The wet dust collector can simultaneously purify harmful gases, making it suitable for high-humidity smoke and sticky dust. It is widely used in industries such as electronics, mining, casting, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, and building materials.

2) Activated Carbon Chamber:
Introduction: Primarily used for treating organic waste gases, featuring perforated plates and activated carbon adsorption layers. Organic waste gases are collected and then drawn into the activated carbon adsorption unit under the negative pressure of the fan. Activated carbon adsorption utilizes the porosity and attractive force of activated carbon. As the solid surface has unbalanced, unsaturated molecular or chemical bond forces, it attracts gas molecules, causing them to concentrate and remain on the surface, a process known as adsorption. In this process, the waste gas first passes through a pre-filter before entering the activated carbon filter layer within the unit. The pollutants in the waste gas are adsorbed onto the solid surface of the activated carbon, separating them from the gas mixture and achieving purification.
Application: It is widely used in coating, chemicals, electronics, hardware, and building materials industries.
Advantages: High adsorption and purification efficiency for various mixed waste gases; large adsorption capacity with broad applicability; easy maintenance, low technical barrier, and straightforward operation.
