    MONORAIL CRANES

    • Monorail crane is a kind of strong flexibility, fast running speed,big loading capacity, safety reliable auxiliary transportation equipment which is driving on a suspended monorail system , mainly used for coal mine fully mechanized mining working face ,installation retracement. Electric traction overhead monorail namely storage battery for the locomotive powered by an auxiliary transportation device. It has the characteristics of system operation low noise, low failure rate, easy maintenance, cheap price, strong climbing ability , can achieve the overall transport of hydraulic support and other large equipment preparation. At present, in the domestic coal mine of auxiliary transportation ,the main are explosion-proof battery monorail and diesel monorail.

    Monorail role:

    The monorail is a specialized transportation device which used for fully mechanized 

    coal face along the cable trough, hanging and moving of the emulsion high-pressure 

    hose and water pipe. Under the roof of fully mechanized working face transport roadway 

    side, using the anchor and chain hanging suspended rail, tow truck will hang all cable 

    and high pressure hose, water pipe in the above ,using the working face of emulsion 

    pump power, through the oil cylinder and the connecting rod is composed of hydraulic 

    step into push-pull device, cable, high pressure hose and water pipe along the a roadway 

    suspension and moving.The device avoids the messy arrangement of the underground cable, 

    reduces the occupation space of the cable and the number of the movement of the cable, 

    avoids the manual drag cable, and greatly reduces the labor intensity and working 

    efficiency of the workers.




    Monorail features:

    1  the cable laying only  once, back and forth movement of the cable only steering handle, 

    the operation is convenient and flexible, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers.

    2. Not only can hanging cable , but hanging emulsion high-pressure hose and water pipe, 

    liquid pipe and the layered cable hanging; make roadway within the piping layout not 

    only neat, beautiful appearance, but also to avoid the influence of the high pressure 

    hose’s vibration on the cable interference.

    3 Hydraulic working medium is the power supply (emulsion) for the fully mechanized 

    coal face, which is not only convenient and safe, but also anti explosion and flame retardant. 

    4. A locking device, when the stepping mechanism brake failure or roadway inclination 

    angle is large, playing a security role, to ensure that the cable trailer Monorail security.
