YL-HLPSL and HLPSV load sensitive multi-way directional valves are mainly used in the field of electro-hydraulic control of engineering and coal mine machinery to control the movement direction and speed of hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor. It has the functions of electric proportional control, electric switch quantity control, liquid control, gas control and manual control. It can realize electrodeless speed regulation and is not affected by load change. The load sensitive characteristic enables the multi-channel actuator to work at different speeds and pressures simultaneously and independently of each other until the maximum flow rate of the pump source is reached.
The application of load sensitivity in hydraulic system is mainly to control the flow rate of actuator independent of load. The load sensitive mechanism (constant difference pressure reducing valve) continuously matches the outlet pressure with the changing load during operation; One side of the valve continues to act on the load signal and spring force, and the other side acts on the outlet pressure of the constant difference decompression valve. The outlet pressure of the constant difference pressure reducing valve is equal to the sum of the load pressure and the pressure generated by the spring, that is, the pressure difference on the throttle side of the proportional valve is a fixed value, so the flow rate of the proportional valve is only proportional to the control signal. For HLPSL valve, the load pressure signal passes through the shuttle valve, and the dampers act on the spring cavity of the constant difference relief valve. The constant difference relief valve adjusts the system pressure at the pressure value of the sum of the load pressure and the spring force, so that the pump outlet pressure matches the load pressure. When the load pressure is low, the pump outlet pressure is low, the load pressure is high, and the pump outlet pressure is high, so as to realize the energy saving of the system.
For HLPSV multi-way directional valve, after the load pressure of each directional valve is selected by shuttle valve, the highest load pressure signal is transmitted to the load sensitive interface X of variable pump, and then through the control of variable mechanism of pump, the output pressure and flow rate of variable pump match with the system, so as to realize the energy saving of the system.
Compared with HLPSL valve, HLPSV valve has a relatively slow response, which is because the pump variable mechanism has to adjust the action, there is a lag. But HLPSV valves will be more energy-efficient.
HLPSL valves are used for quantitative pump systems and HLPSV valves for variable pump systems.
Load sensitive multi-way directional valve is a kind of combined valve, which is generally composed of three functional components: connecting block, reversing valve and tail plate. If necessary, the auxiliary block can also be added to the directional valve and the intermediate block can be added between the reversing valves.
