In the limestone preparation system, we use the cyclone with ball mill to compose the closed-circuit grinding system. Usually use medium-sized and small-angle specification’s cyclone to make its overflow fineness come up to - 325 meshes (more than 90%).
Gypsum (thiamine) classified thickening cyclone
It is used for primary enrichment of gypsum and reducing the pressure of follow-up process of vacuum belt hydroextractor; selecting small-angle and small-diameter cyclone, separation size is 10-44 um; mass concentration of cyclone underflow is from 40% to 50%; choose the corresponding specifications of the cyclone according to technological requirements, separation size is 50~100um; Concentration ratio of cyclone underflow is 3 to4 times of the original; the cyclone is made of polyurethane and KM wear-resistant materials, the abrasion resistance is good and the life span is long.
Sewage cyclone
It is designed according to the optimum structural parameters, available with adjustable large cone angle, overflow pipe and underflow mouth structure; It is made from materials such as polyurethane and high alumina ceramic to make sure it has good resistance to abrasion and long life span.
