- Automatic Make-up and Dosing System integrates mixing tank and storage tank into one part, only completing with electric power and water. The system ensures that the powder of flocculant is fully dispersed and dissolved in water and won’t build up. The process of make-up can be controlled by PLC or by hand.

Features
1)High degree of automation: the system is automatically controlled by PLC and has
Chinese man-machine interface. The operation is very simple and convenient due to
the visual man-machine interface for the display of all the running status of each unit
and all the operations realized through screens.
2) The spiral of Screw feeder is made of high-precision but low-speed screw, and
its rotating speed is adjustable, which ensures not only the uniform and dispersive
feeding but also the perfect molecular chain of flocculant.
3) The agitator uses low shear-force double layer blades which ensures the uniform
agitation and high agitating efficiency and reduces the shear force on flocculant
molecular so that the effect of the flocculant is greatly improved.
4) The eccentric agitating of double layer blades of agitators combining with the
polygon mixing tank make the flow field more beneficial for the agent mixture
and enhance the agitating effect.
5) Realize remote communication, be convenient for centralized control and
management and achieve automatic operation.
