1.Brief introduction
HJC series are the new generation of jaw crusher developed by HOT Mining. It has reached a world-class advanced level with absorbing the latest technology and research result, taking the measure of FEM analysis in design. HJC series have much robust frame structure, high reliability,30% higher capacity and 20% lower operation cost with completed new designs in crushing chamber, material selection, bearing standard and fabrication processes compared with traditional jaw crushers.
2.Features
(1) High capacity, big reduction ratio, low wear and big feed intake are from the deep and symmetric crushing chamber and pitman optimized moving speed.
(2) Durable heavy-duty pitman assembles.
(3) Robust frame depends on end to end welding measure to avoid plate layer failure.
(4) Symmetric crushing chamber with a bite angle of 18-220 and exchangeable stationary liner and moving liner.
(5) Fast and safe setting adjustment systems rage from proven, rugged wedge setting adjustment systems driven manually or electrically.
(6) Less anchor bolt foundations rely on rubber dampers and stoppers to efficiently absorb crushing load.
(7) An integral motor base is mounted on the crusher frame to prolong V-belt life and save space need.
