Technical features：
- uHydraulic controlled double motor drive with pressure cut-off function
- uBig gear ratio planetary wheel deceleration allows output torque and rotational speed to be adjustable infinitely in a wide range
- uWith 135mm diameter central hole in main shaft, the drill is adaptable to work with rod diameter up to 127mm (common drill rods include φ73mm、φ89mm、φ102mm and φ127mm)；
- uBraking torque reaches to 2000Nm.

2)Pump Crawler
BLY390/12 mud pump crawler is a hydraulic pump crawler with large flow rate (the max flow rate is 390l/min) and high mud pressure (rated pressure is 12Mpa). The rig can maintain enough flow rate under high pressure work situation. It can supply enough hydraulic fluid power for downhole motor operation and drill cut remove to meet the requirement of long depth directional borehole drilling.
Pump crawler can “walk” indecently, which can significantly reduce the auxiliary time and have strong applicability.

4. Application
Long distance borehole have been accomplished in Sihe coal mine (5301 working face).. It has maximum depth of 1881m which we believe is the deepest coal mine underground directional borehole. The hole has 11 sidetracks 7 of them are drilled to detected roof and the rest are drilled to detected floor. Average daily drilling depth reached as high as 210m. 180m average daily drilling depth was maintained even after the borehole depth exceed 1000m.
1)With mud-pulse wireless MWD system, the drill accomplished an experiment borehole with max depth of 1566m and 19 sidetracks. Average drill efficiency reached 130m

2)With geosteering MWD system, the drill
accomplished an experiment borehole with
max depth of 1209m and 5 sidetracks.

A single hole with 77 sidetracks was accomplished in coal seam. Maximum of depth of the borehole is 834m. The average drill efficiency reached 247 m/d. One single borehole can cover the whole areas which reduced gas drainage cost significantly
