1. Introduction

The rig has a compact footprint and is designed with easy disassembly structure which makes the rig suitable to used in extremely narrow roadway

The rigs is designed to drill borehole in excess of 350m with drill rods and PDC drill bits.

2. Technical Features

ZDY1900S drill rig is composed by three part, control panel, drill unit and power pack.

Each part can be moved conveniently.

1）Steeples speed regulation ensure the rig can meet drilling requirement in all sorts of condition

2）Drill rods can be added behind the gear box, no limitation of the rod length

3）Linkage control of rotatory chuck and rod clamp provides extremely convenient operation

4）Double-pump system, parameter of rotation and feeding can be controlled independently

5）Independent control panel allows operation to stand far from borehole which increase the safety

6）Equipped with a positioner and a turntable, the drill is capable of drilling holes in all angles from vertically up to vertically down.
