Flotation Machine
1. Working Principle of Flotation Machine
When the flotation machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, so the centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On the one hand, ample air is absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with additive, meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is separate with foams and floats up to the surface of the mineral slurry and the mineralized foam formed. The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height adjustment of the flashboard.
2. Features of Flotation Mahcine
2.1 Shallow tank, small diameter, low rotary speed and low power consumption.
2.2 Large clearance between impeller and stator.The stator is a cylinder with elliptic holes and it is good for mixing and dispersing the gas and pulp.
2.3 The height of stator is lower than impeller.The pulp circulation volume is large and it can be 2.5 times larger than others.
2.4The umbrella-type dispersion cover with holes of the stator can separate the eddy current and bubbles that produced by the impeller.It can keep the pulp surface stable.
2.5 Large air-absorption capacity and good effect of dispersion.
2.6 Reasonable circulation of mineral slurry and the solid particles suspended well, no sediments in the tank.
Wide range of particle size and high recovery rate of ore selection.

4. Advantage of Flotation Machine
