Recruitment requirements in Russian area:

Responsibility:

The main job ontentis: procurement, contract implementation and supply international trade support;

1.1 Select qualified suppliers; Asses supply capacity of suppliers and establish cooperation relationships; Negotiate with suppliers to get a preferential price and an ideal delivery condition; Develop other supply channels actively

1.2 Pay close attention on market environment and price trend, develop high quality suppliers.

1.3 Assist foreign trade group to solve import and export issues; Make purchase order, arrange the shipments and keep track of arrival date.

1.4 Prepare individual material purchase plan and implement procurement.

1.5 Sign and submit the purchase contract;

1.6 Make warehousing documents and actively cooperate with storekeepers to complete the storage of goods with qualified quality and exact quantity.

1.7 Safekeeping all of the documents and records of your department and be able to analyze price trend based on previous price records.

1.8 Complete other procurement job, submit the relevant summary report and make reasonable suggestions;

1.9 Assist domestic and global business group to examine datum and offer quote.

1.10 Safeguard the benefits of our company, ensure that all the terms of procurement contracts are reasonable and favorable.

1.11 Related procurement data collation, entry and other work;

1.12 Responsible for forecasting and analyzing the gross profit of each contract.

Requirements:

2.1 Russian major or other majors with Russian ability.

2.2 Junior college degree or above

2.3 Experience: 2 years relevant working experience.

2.4 Abilities:

(1) Has a good Russian listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; Simple English reading ability. A lot of working communication documents and content is English;

(2) Skilled use of WORD, EXCEL, PPT and other office software.

Base salary + sales bonus

Welfare: Five social insurance and one housing fund, Paid annual leave, Various allowances, Travel allowances, and Health checks.
