Recently, the one button intelligent loading system of haragou coal preparation plant of Shendong washing center was officially launched,The whole process of loading is intelligent,It is another breakthrough of Shendong intelligent construction in the field of washing and selection.At present, the system has entered the normal operation stage in Halagou coal preparation plant.
Loading tower of Halagou coal preparation plant,in the past, during the loading time, single shift loaders needed to continuously operate on the loading console for nearly a thousand times a day.
Now, after the application of this system, the loader is liberated from the loading console,their job responsibilities have shifted from on-site operation to on-site monitoring.
The core of the system is to automatically collect vehicle information data by using video surveillance technology and 3D imaging technology of lidar. In the database, the loading data and parameters of the corresponding models are retrieved, and the historical data are analyzed for intelligent loading operation.
The specific action is to identify the vehicle number by video during vehicle propulsion to realize the interaction between the loading system and the vehicle number identification system. The lidar scans the empty vehicle to form a three-dimensional point cloud perspective, which can not only determine the location coordinates of the carriage in real time, provide the coordinate positions to the loading system, associate the loading chute position, and realize loading, coal discharging the automatic height adjustment function of the loading chute can also monitor the coal left at the bottom of the empty vehicle in real time, which is associated with the loading weighing system to prevent excessive or insufficient loading caused by human metering errors.
In the loading process, the lidar scans the loaded vehicles in real time, adjusts the height of the loading chute in real time according to the volume of the loaded carriage and the loading height to prevent partial load, and uses the infrared temperature to detect the temperature of the coal outlet in real time, so as to realize the coal temperature over temperature alarm function and data recording function.After loading, the lidar detects and feeds back the overload and bias information and loading height in real time, and timely adjusts the corresponding actions in the next loading operation to ensure more accurate loading tonnage and effectively ensure the loading quality.
The system not only realizes the intellectualization of loading action, but also realizes the intellectualization of the whole loading process.Now, the loader confirms that after the train can be opened, it only needs to click on the system startup, the background control program executes the system start-up process, and the corresponding coal feeder numbers and the equipment of the belt conveyor, dust removal fan and spray pump are also correspondingly operated until the loading is completed, thus realizing the intelligent operation of the system.It is worth mentioning that the system automatically receives, analyzes and calculates the images and data of overloaded and unbalanced vehicles, makes detailed statistics in ten days, months, seasons and years, outputs reports, and realizes one click start stop and intelligent statistical analysis of the system.
