I. Reasons for the Establishment of the League and Mission of the Organization
Given the increasing saturation of the domestic market and the booming opportunities in foreign markets, enterprises are eager to seek new growth points and expand profit margins. The China Elec&MCC Overseas League aims to pool the strengths of its members to jointly explore overseas markets. The core mission of the League is to align with the country's "Belt and Road" initiative, promote international cooperation in production capacity and equipment manufacturing, and seek international development. By integrating engineering technology, equipment, talent, brands, and other resources of China’s mining industry through strategic collaboration, the League intends to:
- Facilitate communication and cooperation among enterprises.
- Complement each other's advantages.
- Build a mutual aid network with international influence.
- Serve global mining customers collectively.
The purpose of the League is to unite outstanding enterprises in the mining and metallurgy sectors to explore international markets together, empower each other, and successfully promote China’s mining and metallurgy brands abroad.
The principles of the League are: "Resource Sharing, Mutual Empowerment" and "Non-Competition, Exclusive Cooperation."

- League members share equipment manufacturing plants and warehousing in various countries, with fees settled based on local costs. Members only need to send after-sales service personnel.

- To enhance service levels and quality for customers in various countries, League members support each other's supply chains in their respective advantageous countries. This collaboration helps improve the competitiveness of each member in their local markets.

Joint Promotion of Overseas Projects:
- For certain projects, League members with EPC/EPCM capabilities will take the lead. They will be deeply involved from the project stage and, upon contract confirmation, will prioritize purchasing products and services from fellow League members under the same conditions.

- The League will jointly establish industry standards and norms in key national markets (such as Indonesia) and promote deep integration and innovation of business models.
