Graphite Ore Beneficiation Process

Introduction

The main ore beneficiation solutions are flotation separation, gravity separation, wet screening and pulverizing, etc.

To get high purity or high carbon content products, chemical mineral processing is needed. Workflows are different due to different properies of the ores and different product quality requests.

Process Introduction

The ore will be crushed after exploded.then the crushed material will go to the Ball mill. The material will be pulverized and grinding.the finished products will be classified, the not suitable size will go back to the ball mill. then the suitable size will go to Flotation Systems. It will add some medicament. It can separate our material from other materials. After the flotation systems, it will concentrate and filter pressing.Then it can get the finally products . The whole process is finished.


Case

We built a graphite ore process case in Shangdong province which was one of the main places for producing graphite in China.

Our experienced team did some adjustments  according to the actual conditions to achieve a better index.
