- High-chromium alloy composite pipe is formed from the outer pipe and inner lining composite material. Outer pipe is 6-12mm seamless steel pipe, while inner lining composite material is 10-20mm high-chromium alloy.

1.Product Process
High-chromium alloy composite pipe is formed from the outer pipe and inner lining composite material. Outer pipe is 6-12mm seamless steel pipe, while inner lining composite material is 10-20mm high-chromium alloy. The straight part is centrifugal compounded and the irregular parts such as elbows and tee joints are made through vacuum negative pressure expendable pattern casting composition, so that it is an ideal wear-resist conveying pipe.
2.Performance Features
1)The outer pipe is seamless steel pipeline with high strength and great loading capacity, thus such product is applicable for conveying media with high pressure, high density and long distance.
2)The inner lining of the composite pipe is a high-chromium alloy, which is a material with high abrasive resistance and strong impact resistance performance.Its hardness is HRC50-60.
3)Compared with rare earth wear-resistant steel pipe (HR 30-40), this pipe is good at wear resistance and welding performance; compared with ceramic lined steel composite pipe, they have similar wear-resistant performance, however, the combination of steel is much better than that of steel and ceramic, so it is with good safety performance.
4)Elbows are made as ecccentric structure (i.e.inner bend is thinner while outer bend is thicker), so that its life span is prolonged.
5)The outer pipe is seamless steel pipe, which can be connected by welding or flange, which works out the poor welding performance of rare earth wear-resistant steel pipe and cutting performance of ceramic lined steel composite pipe at the same time.
3.Applied Range
1)Applicable for boiler pulverized coal conveying pipeline, pneumatic ash conveying pipeline and ash conveying pipeline in coal fired thermal power plants.
2)Applicable for ore pulp delivering pipeline and mineral powder
